Patient Satisfaction From Bayhealth
Bayhealth is committed to providing the highest quality care with an exceptional patient experience.
By measuring our patients’ satisfaction, we are able to identify opportunities for improvement. We measure patient satisfaction through a survey. The data is collected by the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and System (HCAHPS) and available on the Hospital Compare website.
