Depending upon the type of insurance that you have, you will be required to attend 3-6 months of Nutrition Education Classes. You will need to attend 1 class per month for 3-6 consecutive months. If you do not attend a class each month, your insurance company may require that you start the 3-6 months over until you have 3-6 consecutive months of Nutrition Education. If you are unable to attend one of the regularly scheduled classes, please call Angela Teague RD, LDN (302)-430-5528 in order to schedule a one-on-one make-up class. Please note that your insurance company may not cover the one-on-one visit for Nutrition Education and you may be financially responsible for the appointment.
