Christoper Vallorosi, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a board certified Urologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He completed his urology residency at the University of Michigan and has a diverse training background in all areas of urologic disease.
His clinical interests include the surgical and medical treatment of cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney, and testis, benign prostatic hypertrophy (including minimally invasive therapies for BPH: microwave therapy/Greenlight laser), female urinary incontinence (bladder slings), overactive bladder, erectile dysfunctions, hypogonadism and testosterone replacement therapy, kidney stones (including surgical therapy with ureteroscopy, Holmium laser, and lithotripsy), interstitial cystis, sexually transmitted diseases, voiding dysfunction, and infertility.
Dr. Vallorosi has published many research papers in medical journals, and presented numerous times at major medical conferences, including the American Urological Association, the American Association for Cancer Research, and the American Association of Clinical Chemistry. He has won awards for his special research work on prostate cancer. He is a member of many professional associations, including American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Delaware Urological Society, Medical Society of Delaware, and the Endourological Society.
