Our busy lifestyles often mean that we eat on the run. But slowing down to enjoy a meal may be healthier for you, says the American Dietetic Association (ADA). By savoring your meal, you may improve what you eat and how much you eat, because it's easier to sense when you are full. Here are some other tips from the ADA:
Always eat from a plate.
Sit at a table to eat.
Eat only when you are hungry.
Focus on enjoying what you are eating.
