Patient Advocate Information

The members of Bayhealth’s Patient Advocate Department serve as advocates for our patients.  We provide information and support to patients and visitors, coordinate special requests and assist with patient concerns and issues.  Put simply, we are here to serve the needs of our patients.

Being a good patient does not mean being a silent one.  If you have any questions, problems, safety concerns or unmet needs, please let us know so we can address them right away.  If you would like more information about the “Patient Rights and Responsibilities” or would like information about Bayhealth’s complaint and/or grievance process, please contact us at one of the numbers below.
