Fitness Centers Classes

 

Lifestyles Fitness Center is proud to offer co-ed exercise programs designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility.  The classes are lead by ACE certified instructors trained in the method of safe, effective and enjoyable exercise set to music.

Please choose a class that is appropriate for your fitness level.  Lifestyles Fitness offers a variety of classes from beginner to advanced level.  Ask an instructor which class may be best for you, and then come enjoy yourself!

Class Descriptions

STROGA                                          
Experience the best of Stretch and Yoga in a 30 minute exercise program to enhance your flexibility and strength. Music creates a soothing mood and varied equipment is used to work through all muscle groups. Participants are encouraged to focus on breathing, posture, and core integrity at their own comfort level.
 
TONING       
A 30 minute class targeting all major muscle groups, upper body, legs and core.
                                                                                      
CARDIO/INTERVAL CLASS                              
A 60 minute class featuring cardio and toning exercises. Equipment such as tubing, dumbbells, steps, mats, jump ropes, balls, etc. are used to provide interest and variety.

BODY BOOTCAMP                                                 
 A 60 minute class that tones and sculpts the body through various cardio exercises that incorporate jump ropes, push ups, plyometrics, light weights, and much more! Drop and give us 20!

STEP/CORE    
A 60 minute class, featuring 30 minutes of cardio work on the step and 30 minutes of core work using weights and medicine balls. Get ready for six-pack abs!

RHYTHM & BEATS    
This 60 minute program combines powerful, motivating music and drumming rhythms that will get your feet stomping and body moving. Using a Resist-a-ball as your drum and real drumsticks, you will feel like a rock star! It will deliver fitness results to individuals at all levels and provides a fun and innovative way to reduce stress!

Class Guidelines

  • For all classes, it is important to participate in the warm-up and cool-down.
  • Beginners, please introduce yourself to the instructor prior to class. Proper footwear is important for a safe and enjoyable workout.
