Women’s Care Associates is a group practice that provides comprehensive women’s health care and delivers the highest quality obstetrical and gynecological care with caring and compassion. We provide the ongoing support and education women need to help them understand and manage the changes that occur during their child-bearing years and throughout the lifecycle.

About Our Physicians

Noel Anupol, MD
Dr. Anupol received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas. He served as a rotating intern at Makati Medical Center and received two years of training in general surgery at North General Hospital Program – Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He subsequently completed his specialization in obstetrics and gynecology at the State University of New York at Buffalo, followed by a year of training in gynecologic oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Arthur Jones, DO, MAed
Dr. Jones received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residencies at St. John Detroit Health Systems in Detroit, Mich., and at St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren, Mich.

Miaohou, Xu, MD, PhD
Dr. Xu completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. She also completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Shandong University School of Medicine and was previously practicing in China. Dr. Xu has over ten years of experience in OB/GYN patient care. Dr. Xu received her PhD in obstetrics and gynecology and her medical degree from Shandong University of Medicine. She was a research fellow in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Virginia. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

About Our Nurse Practitioner

Stacey Kemp, RNC, WHCNP
Stacey Kemp, RNC, WHCNP, offers gynecological services for adolescents and women, including annual health exams and screenings, sexually transmitted disease treatment and counseling, menopausal care and pre- and post-natal care. After receiving her nursing diploma from the Beebe School of Nursing, Ms. Kemp received her degree as a nurse practitioner from Emory University in Atlanta, Ga. Accredited through the National Certification Corporation (NCC) as a Nurse Practitioner and also as a Certified Childbirth Educator, she is also a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
