Lifestyles Fitness is proud to offer co-ed exercise programs designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. The classes are lead by ACE certified instructors trained in the method of safe, effective and enjoyable exercise set to music.

Please choose a class that is appropriate for your fitness level. Lifestyles Fitness offers a variety of classes from beginner to advanced level. Ask an instructor which class may be best for you, and then come enjoy yourself!

  • For all classes, it is important to participate in the warm-up and cool-down.
  • Beginners, please introduce yourself to the instructor prior to class.
  • Proper footwear is important for a safe and enjoyable workout.
