Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a career change, we make it easy to start as a phlebotomist, certified nursing assistant (CNA) or medical assistant (MA) through our Earn While You Learn Program.
Bayhealth partners with Polytech Adult Education and Sussex Tech Adult Education to offer free tuition, an hourly stipend for attending class and clinicals, and a job when you complete the program.

In the phlebotomy program specifically you’ll train in all areas of the health system including inpatient, outpatient, and lab. This means that the job placement opportunities at Bayhealth are more widespread, both geographically and departmentally.
The Earn While You Learn Program currently includes Polytech Adult Education’s phlebotomy program and Sussex Tech Adult Education’s phlebotomy, CNA, and MA tracks.
