Jennifer Do is from Boston and from a young age knew she wanted to be involved in health care so she decided to pursue a doctorate in pharmacy. In May, she graduated with honors from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University and accepted a residency position at Bayhealth.
Before receiving her degree, Do worked as a pharmacy intern at Walgreens Pharmacy where she gained more pharmacy experience. She was involved in multiple professional pharmacy organizations throughout pharmacy school including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American Public Health Association. Her professional interests are internal medicine, cardiology and ambulatory care. She plans on working as a clinical pharmacist and may purse a PGY2 specialty program.
“During my APPE rotations, I thoroughly enjoyed working as part of the health care team and decided I wanted to pursue clinical pharmacy,” Do said. “I am honored to be working with Bayhealth and would like to thank my family, friends and mentors in helping me get where I am today.”
