Dr. Gabriel Lewullis attended Princeton University as an undergraduate, obtaining a Bachelor's in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. He then graduated with a degree in doctor of medicine (M.D.) from Drexel University College of Medicine. Following graduation, he completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Hahnemann University Hospital/Drexel University. He pursued a fellowship in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine/Arthroscopy at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA, which is one of the premier orthopaedic hospitals in the country. During his fellowship, Dr. Lewullis helped care for the Boston Celtics as well as for Harvard University athletes. He was on the clinical staff at Harvard University and was a clinical instructor for Tufts University.
Dr. Lewullis specializes in non-operative and operative treatments for the shoulder, knee, elbow, hip, and ankle. In particular, he has a special focus on arthroscopic surgery for rotator cuff tears, impingement of the shoulder, shoulder instability, knee ligament, meniscal, and cartilage injuries.
