Employee Engagement Survey
We understand that our employees are critical to our success. With greater demands being placed on you each year, it is easy to become overwhelmed. For this reason, we want to create the best working environment to help you succeed.
Recently, Bayhealth partnered with The Advisory Board, which has designed a unique survey to measure the prevalence of certain activities and behaviors, such as autonomy and professional growth, in our departments. When you fill out the survey, your data—combined with your colleagues’—will help us identify targeted initiatives to improve your working conditions and help make your job more rewarding.
The online survey will be available for two (2) weeks, beginning June 7, 2010. Please know that your responses will be completely confidential and all data will be blinded. Only you will know how you responded.

All courses/presentations classified as "mandatory" are compensable and as such will be completed during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours unless the responsible manager/director, in advance, authorizes overtime, or permits completion during non-duty hours." Completion of non-mandatory courses during non-duty time will be considered voluntary for which there will be no wages paid.
