After your doctor's office schedules your procedure at Kent General or Milford Memorial Hospital, a member of our Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Department will contact you to schedule your PAT visit between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have questions, or would like to call PAT to schedule your own appointment, you may call Kent General's PAT at (302) 744-7180 or Milford Memorial's PAT at (302) 430-5731.

During your visit, we will review your medical history and insurance information, and initiate the paperwork for ambulatory (day) surgery so your paperwork can be processed more quickly on the day of your surgery. We will provide you with pre- and post-operation instructions for you to follow before and after your surgery, and we also have informative pamphlets you may take with you.
