Bayhealth Medical Center’s Tobacco Cessation Program is a seven-week series that offers the support and guidance you need to stop using tobacco for the rest of your life through behavior modification, exercise, diet, stress reduction, and nicotine replacement therapy. In addition, the program focuses on relapse prevention with a long-term plan for success. The series is FREE to all Delaware residents.
The next series of classes will meet at the following locations, dates and times:
• Milford Memorial Hospital, Rehab Conference Room, 21 West Clarke Avenue, Milford. Mondays, 8:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m., September 13 – October 25, 2010.
• Kent General Hospital, Education Dept. Conference Room, 208 West Water Street, Dover. Wednesdays, 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., September 15 – October 27, 2010.
