As part of Patient Centered Care Month in October, Bayhealth Medical Center volunteers delivered special chrysanthemums (“mums”) to patients at Kent General Hospital.  As part of its commitment to the Planetree Model of Patient Centered Care, Bayhealth seeks unique opportunities to help facilitate the emotional, spiritual and physical healing of all patients.  Delivering the ‘mums’ is another way of letting patients know that Bayhealth cares.
