The Medical Executive Committee also consists of the Chairpersons from each department at Bayhealth Kent General and Bayhealth Milford Memorial. The self-governing MEC coordinates the activities and general policies of the various departments, reviews the credentials of all applicants, and ensures the highest quality standards are practiced by physicians credentialed at Bayhealth.
