Bayhealth offers a seven-week program that offers support and guidance to help individuals quit using tobacco products.
The next class series will meet each Tuesday from April 8 to May 20 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Rehab Conference Room at Bayhealth Milford Memorial, 21 W. Clarke Avenue in Milford.
This series offers strategies to improve your lifestyle though behavior modification, diet, stress reduction, exercise and nicotine replacement therapy. Participants do not quit the use of tobacco products until the fourth week of the program.

This program is made possible through the Delaware Division of Public Health's Tobacco Prevention Community Contract. Funding for the Contract is provided by the Delaware Health Fund and managed by the American Lung Association of Delaware.
