Dr. Singh is experienced in general surgery as well as gastroenterological procedures such as upper endoscopies and colonoscopies.  He has specialized training in laparoscopic surgeries which are minimally invasive procedures performed through a scope to reduce incisions, decrease pain and shorten recovery times.  This includes laparoscopic weight loss surgeries such as gastric band placement, gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, Nissen fundoplication for hiatal hernia repair.

Dr. Singh completed a fellowship in laparoscopic and bariatric surgery at the University of Missouri– Columbia.  He completed a general surgery residency at the University at Buffalo– State University of New York.  Dr. Singh earned his medical degree from Crimea State Medical University in the Ukraine and served an internship at Sawai Man Singh Medical College and Hospital in Jaipur, India.  He is fluent in Hindi, Russian and English.
