The members of Bayhealth’s Patient Advocate Department serve as advocates for our patients. We provide information and support to patients and visitors, coordinate special requests and assist with patient concerns and issues. Put simply, we are here to serve the needs of our patients.
Being a good patient does not mean being a silent one. If you have any questions, problems, safety concerns or unmet needs, please let us know so we can address them right away.
