Why Should I Practice at Bayhealth?
Our work to match you with the perfect practice opportunity starts well before your first day. During the interview phase, your dedicated recruiter will work closely with you on your clinical interests, practice preferences and more to find the right opportunity for you. Though we encourage you to view our openings for physicians, we also encourage you to reach out to our recruiter if you don’t see a listing that fits your practice. We’ve worked with physicians and clinicians to find or create an opportunity even when an opening wasn’t available at the time.
From the moment you walk in our doors, we’ll work to welcome you as an integral part of our team and our community. Our physician liaison team members will introduce you to colleagues throughout the Bayhealth system, as well as primary care and other clinicians in the communities we serve. This facilitates building relationships with your fellow clinicians and increases your referrals.
You’ll have the opportunity to take part in committees, performance-improvement initiatives and other programs as a member of our medical staff. Though these activities are optional, they do provide an opportunity to shape the high-quality care we offer to the communities we serve.
