Dr. Mills comes to Bayhealth from West Virginia University, where he completed his surgical internship and Neurosurgical residency.  He has published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals and conducted research on many aspects of Traumatic Brain Injury.

Dr. Mills’ areas of special interest are NeuroOncology, Skull Base and Cerebrovascular Surgery, and Spine surgery.  He is skilled in minimally invasive spine surgery and endoscopic surgery.
