Online Tours and Education for Expectant Moms
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we had to suspend the tours of our Centers for Women and Infants and the classes we typically offer to expectant mothers. However, virtual tours are available and educational resources can be accessed through a free online tool.

Here are some key details about the facilities:
- Our two-story Center for Women and Infants on the Kent Campus opened in 2005.
- The first story, located on the fifth floor of Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus, includes 10 specially equipped labor/delivery rooms in the birth center and 15 neonatal intensive care beds. All labor/delivery rooms have private bathrooms, entertainment centers, a sleeper sofa for your support person, and many special amenities.
- The second story on the sixth floor is devoted to maternity/women’s services and features 20 private rooms, with sofa beds for support persons to sleep on overnight.

Here are some key details about the facilities:
- Located on the third floor of Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus, the Center for Women and Infants offers high-quality maternity care to provide you with an enriching birthing experience.
- Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus offers you the convenience of giving birth and recovering in the same room. The center offers all-private patient rooms with sleeper sofas for guests, 52-inch televisions and other amenities. These are referred to as Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) rooms.
There is also a separate Family Lounge and private space for lactation consultation. - The Operating Room is located just below on the second floor, providing quick and easy access for patients who require a C-section.

If you need educational resources that will help guide you during your pregnancy and beyond, these are available online via a password-protected website, MyYoMingo.com, or by downloading the free MyYoMingo app. The content, which includes pregnancy milestones, prenatal care information, and more, is also offered in several languages and there’s even a read-to-me option.
