Our team's ultimate goal is to give you the tools to regain your independence. From your initial assessment to your last day on the unit, you will be surrounded by experienced rehabilitation professionals, who care about you and the things you love to do.
The rehab team works with you to address your physical and medical challenges such as mobility issues, self-care, feeding, swallowing, communication, and problem solving. You’ll have access to hospital services such as medical specialists, wound care, diabetes educators, dialysis, pharmacy services, and access to all medical diagnostic testing on site.
Everything we do is customized for you. We make you and your care partner(s) the center of the treatment plan and will work hard to help meet your needs and discharge goals.
We treat a wide variety of patients including but not limited to:
- Stroke
- Spinal cord injury
- Cardiac or pulmonary disorders
- Orthopedic conditions
- Brain injury
- Multiple trauma
- Neurological disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease or Multiple Sclerosis
