Lydia Raughley, institutional coordinator for graduate medical education, is responsible for the overall organization and coordination of administrative tasks related to the medical education programs at Bayhealth. She holds a Master of Science in management and Bachelor of Science in health sciences from Wilmington University, as well as a certification in health information technology. Lydia has worked in healthcare for more than 12 years and finds helping others to be the most rewarding part of her job. A native Delawarean, Lydia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the trails of Delaware state parks and photography. She resides in Dover with her boyfriend, son, two dogs and cat. She looks forward to working with future residents and faculty.
