Administrative Fellow Tanzil Fatima Joins Bayhealth
Bayhealth has named Tanzil Fatima as its 2025–2026 Administrative Fellow. Fatima is a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) candidate at the George Washington University (GW) Milken Institute School of Public Health. During her fellowship, she will work alongside senior leaders across departments to gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration and operations.
The fellowship, designed for GW MHA students, offers immersive, real-world leadership development. Fatima graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with dual degrees in Community Health and Human Health & Biology. Her experience includes leadership roles with the OU Healthcare Business Club, the Women’s Health Advocacy Period Chapter, and the GW Student Health Center, as well as marketing and public health positions in the U.S. and Pakistan.
Motivated by personal experiences advocating for family members in the healthcare system, Fatima is committed to building equitable, compassionate care processes.
Bayhealth Vice President of Physician Services Operations Dina Perry, MBA, CLSSGB, administers the fellowship and will serve as Fatima’s mentor. “Tanzil’s values align with Bayhealth, and she is excited to tackle critical healthcare challenges during her time with us,” said Perry.
The program launched in 2024 with inaugural fellow Aryssa Prodafikas, who completed her fellowship in June 2025. Bayhealth thanks her for her dedication and contributions.
