We offer appointment times that fit your schedule, video and telehealth visits, and a focus on wellness and prevention to help you and your family stay healthy. Our primary care team includes several types of primary care doctors and advanced practice clinicians:

Your primary care clinician will work with you to meet your personal healthcare needs and provide the best care possible.
We’re here to partner with you for your complete well-being — not just when you’re sick or need a prescription refill. We make sure you’re up to date on your annual physicals, immunizations and preventive health services such as colorectal screenings and mammograms. We also help you manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma.
Most importantly, we’re here to listen to you and be a reliable voice in managing your care. As part of our role in coordinating your care, we work collaboratively with Bayhealth’s expansive network of specialists to help you access a variety of services and specialties.
