Bayhealth Welcomes Dr. Felismino, New Primary Care Physician

Bayhealth is pleased to welcome board-certified Physician Rae Felismino, DO, to its growing team of primary care clinicians. Dr. Felismino is now seeing patients at Bayhealth Primary Care, Total Care – Milton. She is currently accepting new patients.

Dr. Felismino brings a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care with a special focus on chronic disease management, pediatrics and preventive care and wellness. With a collaborative and holistic approach, she believes forming strong, trusting relationships with patients is essential to providing meaningful care.

Dr. Felismino earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and most recently completed her residency training at McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Originally from New Jersey, she is excited to offer primary care services to the central and southern Delaware communities, bringing both professional expertise and a personal connection to the region.
