Lace Up for Bayhealth’s Annual Nurse on the Run 5K & 1-Mile Walk

Put on your walking or running shoes and join Bayhealth for the 6th Annual Nurse on the Run 5K & 1-Mile Walk, an event dedicated to celebrating nurses while investing in the future of patient care throughout the community. The event will take place on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026, at Greene Turtle, 391 North DuPont Hwy., Dover, Delaware, beginning at 9 a.m.

Organized by Bayhealth nurses in partnership with the Bayhealth Foundation, the annual event raises funds to support specialty certification opportunities for Bayhealth nurses. National research shows that certified nurses contribute to improved patient outcomes, enhanced patient safety and higher quality care.
