Kent County legislators are hosting Bayhealth and Westside Health to hear from residents about their experiences and the care our community needs. Bayhealth and Westside Health will give brief presentations, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Rep. Kerri Evelyn Harris and Rep. Sean Lynn, District 31. There will be time for community questions.
Other legislators planning to attend the event include Sen. Eric Buckson (R), Rep. William Bush (D), Sen. Kyra Hoffner (D), Sen. Trey Paradee (D), Rep. Jeffrey Spiegelman (R) and Rep. Lyndon Yearick (R).
We expect to discuss behavioral health needs, access to primary care, emergency department wait times and the cost of care. We also want to hear what matters to you.

Come at 5 p.m. for a buffet dinner and a chance to talk with Bayhealth and Westside Health teams about available services. Bayhealth staff can help you learn about online scheduling and MyChart, connect with Community Outreach resources, and discuss career opportunities in a comfortable, informal setting.
Parking is free and located in front of the conference space. Dinner is provided. Please RSVP by Oct 23 at noon so we can plan for food.
