My Inspiration

I was drawn to a career as an advanced practice clinician by the opportunity to learn continuously, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Neurosurgery aligns closely with my strengths and allows me to provide impactful, high-quality care. As an Afro-Latina clinician who grew up in Delaware, I am proud to serve the community that shaped me and support patients from diverse backgrounds. 

What I’m Passionate About

Providing compassionate, patient-centered care is at the heart of my work. My clinical interests include acute and perioperative neurosurgical care, neurotrauma and helping patients recover after complex procedures. I believe the best care happens through teamwork, clear communication and truly listening to each patient's concerns and goals. 

Off the Clock

When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active and exploring local restaurants and community events. I also value giving back through community health efforts and mission work focused on improving access to care and health education.
