Holly Dapias, FNP-C

Holly Dapias, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner who sees patients needing care for vascular and thoracic conditions (related to the blood vessels, chest area or lungs).

Born and raised in Delaware, Holly has always had a fondness for caring for her local community. Through various bedside nursing roles over her years at Bayhealth, she worked hard to positively impact patient and family care. She decided to pursue further training to become an advanced practice clinician so she could benefit patients even more in the care she provides.

Holly’s philosophy of care is to truly treat every patient and their family members as if they are part of her own family. Knowing that even the more common illnesses or surgeries that healthcare professionals see are often unfamiliar to most patients, she approaches each patient encounter with the utmost care and compassion to help them know what to expect and feel more at ease.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and attending their children’s events, and cross-training at a local gym. She is also an avid reader.
