My Inspiration

My experience as a nurse sparked my passion for cardiology and a desire to learn more about the cardiovascular system. I pursued an advanced practice degree to expand the care I could provide to patients with heart conditions.

What I’m Passionate About

Much of my cardiology career has focused on heart rhythm conditions and cardiac device therapy, including pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) management. I enjoy helping patients understand their heart health and giving them tools to live healthier lives.

Off the Clock

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and exploring nature with my husband. I also value spending time with my two sons and getting the whole family together whenever we can.

I believe listening is one of the most important parts of patient care. I take time to understand each patient’s concerns, answer questions and explain cardiac conditions thoroughly so patients feel informed and empowered to take an active role in their care.
