My Inspiration

When I was growing up, I saw firsthand the powerful role physicians play in helping people feel better and maintain their quality of life. That early inspiration led me to pursue medicine. I began my career as an ophthalmologist in India, including time in a retina department, where I learned to look beyond a single condition and consider the whole patient. That experience ultimately guided me toward internal medicine after relocating to the United States. 

What I’m Passionate About

I am passionate about listening closely to my patients and providing thoughtful, evidence-based care. I believe listening to patients and paying attention to detail makes all the difference. My clinical interests include lifestyle medicine and managing metabolic disorders and related conditions. I find it most fulfilling when patients leave feeling confident and reassured about their care. 

Off the Clock

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking new recipes and participating in DIY projects with my children.
