At Bayhealth, we understand the importance of mental health in overall wellbeing. We offer psychiatric services to care for the youngest members of your family, and we know that early intervention matters.

Through nurturing care and expert guidance, we support children and adolescents as they develop and mature into adulthood. By helping to meet their mental health needs early on, we can help children thrive and reach their fullest potential. And we’re also here to ensure families have the tools to maintain their child’s optimal emotional and physical health.

We offer medication management to address a range of mental health conditions for children up to age 18, including:

• Neurodevelopmental disorders
• Mood disorders
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Referrals for other services or resources

We can provide a holistic treatment plan for your child that addresses their unique needs and enables them to become a strong and healthy adult. As we coordinate your child or teen’s care, we can also guide families in navigating special school services or making arrangements for other therapies.

Bayhealth Psychiatry & Mental Health Services wants you to focus on your health instead of navigating the world of insurance. As part of Bayhealth Medical Group, we accept most major health plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. See the complete list of accepted plans.
