What to Expect from a Bio Video Shoot

Marketing Communications is excited to work with you to produce a high-quality video for Bayhealth’s website. This bio video will allow potential patients and their care partners to get to know you and aid them in making decisions as they seek care.

The Interview

We’ve done extensive research to develop a group of personas for our clinical specialties. Personas help us ensure that the messages we use are speaking to consumers in our market.

The questions you will be asked when we film your interview align with the types of things potential patients consider before choosing a clinician.

Here are some sample questions:

  1. How should a patient feel after their visit?
  2. What would you say to someone who has recently moved here about the importance of seeing a doctor in our community?
  3. What advice would you give to a patient who is so busy taking care of others or keeping up with life’s challenges that they are neglecting their own health and wellbeing?
  4. What is one thing you want your patients to know about you?

We’ll also create and film realistic scenarios to capture you in action, engaging with patients, staff, and other clinicians.

What should I wear?

It’s best to wear vibrant solid colors, not black, gray, or white. Busy patterns do not film well. Just to be safe, you might want to bring a few options if you are unsure.

Videos are designed to best showcase you professionally in a natural patient care setting. If you prefer to wear a lab coat, please make sure it is cleaned and pressed.
