Bayhealth Welcomes Neighbors to First Community Wellness Fair on November 15

All community members are invited to join Bayhealth at their Community Wellness Fair on Saturday, Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bayhealth Conference Center at Blue Hen located at 665 Bay Rd., Unit A, Dover, DE. It’s a free, family-friendly event where neighbors can get health check-ups, learn ways to stay healthy, explore job opportunities and enjoy fun giveaways – all in one easy and welcoming place.

This event is designed to support whole health by bringing essential services and resources together in one place. Guests will be welcomed by friendly team members and can take advantage of free health screenings, flu shots, baby supply giveaways and kids’ activities. In addition, Bayhealth’s Human Resources recruiters will be onsite to share about job opportunities in a casual setting. Also, local partners will be onsite to share information about housing and other support services.

The fair is open to everyone, with a special focus on individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured or facing barriers to care. Bilingual staff will be available to assist our Spanish and Haitian-speaking neighbors.
