Bayhealth is pleased to welcome Sunny Mehrotra, MD, to the Bayhealth Palliative Care team. Dr. Mehrotra is a fellowship-trained physician who joins Theresa Latorre-Tegtmeier, DNP, NP-C; Robin L. Maracle, AGCNS-BC; Holly Browne, ANP-BC; and Jessica A. Taylor, FNP-C, in the Bayhealth Palliative Care, Dover practice. Dr. Mehrotra specializes in caring for patients with complex and serious illnesses. He is now accepting new patients.
The Bayhealth Palliative Care practice is part of Bayhealth Medical Group, a partnership of highly trained physicians and advanced practice clinicians and teams that operates medical offices throughout Delaware.

Prior to joining Bayhealth, Dr. Mehrotra completed a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, New Jersey. After completing his family medicine residency at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville in Madisonville, Kentucky, he spent five years practicing outpatient family medicine at Paducah Family Medicine with Mercy Health in Paducah, Kentucky. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies.
