Bayhealth Medical Group Welcomes Clinton Rumley, FNP-C, to Bayhealth Primary Care, Harrington

Bayhealth Medical Group is pleased to welcome Clinton Rumley, FNP-C, to Bayhealth Primary Care, Harrington, where he is now accepting new patients.

Rumley is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, wellness visits, chronic disease management and treatment for acute illnesses. He is committed to helping patients achieve their health goals through evidence-based, compassionate care and strong patient-clinician relationships.

A Delaware native who was a previous Bayhealth nurse, Rumley brings more than six years of nursing experience caring for patients in critical care, intermediate care and medical-surgical settings. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a passion for patient advocacy, health education and collaborative care.

Rumley earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Delaware Technical Community College and his Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board and has also earned Certified Medical-Surgical Nurse and Progress Care Certified Nurse credentials. During his nurse practitioner training, he completed extensive clinical rotations in primary care settings, including Bayhealth Primary Care in Harrington, where he provided care for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma and COPD, as well as preventive and wellness services.
