Bayhealth is proud to partner with Dover Air Force Base in support of military training and community collaboration by welcoming active-duty medical personnel to participate in clinical rotations in Bayhealth facilities.

Through this ongoing collaboration, registered nurses (RNs) and medical technicians from Dover Air Force Base gain valuable hands-on clinical experience while working alongside Bayhealth care teams.

This partnership reflects Bayhealth’s commitment to supporting military readiness, professional development and strong community relationships while enhancing healthcare collaboration across Delaware.

“We are honored to support the dedicated men and women serving at Dover Air Force Base by providing meaningful clinical learning opportunities,” said Angeline Dewey, MSN, RN, senior director, Clinical Practice & Professional Development. “This partnership strengthens both our healthcare workforce and our community connections.”
