We are a full-service pharmacy open 24/7 for our community. Our pharmacists can sit with you to answer whatever questions you have regarding your medications. Our Bayhealth Specialty Pharmacy supports patients with more complex and high-cost prescription medicines. We handle the monitoring, coordination of care, and insurance authorizations that go along with them to make it easier for you and your care partners.

Please follow these instructions for filling and picking up prescriptions at Bayhealth Community Pharmacy, Kent Campus.
Filling Prescriptions
- If possible, please have your prescriptions e-prescribed by your doctor or faxed to 302-744-6620.
- For paper prescriptions: please include a phone number where you can be reached. Bayhealth team members may enter the Pharmacy or put them in the drop box located outside the Pharmacy. Make sure the Pharmacy has your insurance on file.
- In MyChart view the Medications section for prescription details and select the option to request a refill. The Manage My Pharmacies link will allow you to add or confirm a Bayhealth Pharmacy location.
Picking Up Prescriptions
- If you prefer curbside delivery, call the Pharmacy at 302-744-6615 when you’re ready to pick up your medication. We will deliver your medication curbside at the main entrance of Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus.
- Cash, FSA, and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
