Bayhealth Welcomes New Members to Board of Directors
Bayhealth is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the Bayhealth Board of Directors, bringing diverse leadership experience and a shared commitment to advancing healthcare across central and southern Delaware.
Joining the Board are Doug Motley, CFA, and Maj. Michelle Rogers, whose expertise strengthens the board’s strategic vision and community impact.
Motley is a managing principal and co-founder of Jack Lingo Asset Management, where he leads investment strategy, market research and portfolio development. With oversight of more than $500 million in real estate investments, he brings extensive financial and operational expertise to Bayhealth. A Delaware native and University of Delaware graduate, Motley also serves as chair of the State of Delaware’s Council on Housing.
Rogers serves as deputy chief of military policy and management for the United States Space Force. She has a distinguished career in military leadership, human resources and policy development, with prior roles supporting service members and their families at Dover Air Force Base. Rogers holds both a master’s degree in human resource management and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, both from Wilmington University.
