Sport Medicine Physician

Bayhealth Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Sports Medicine Physician (Primary Care). Must have Medical Degree or equivalent/foreign equivalent, completion of Residency in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation & completion of Fellowship in Sports Medicine. Must be BE or BC in Sports Medicine & possess or be eligible for a Delaware medical license. Locations: Milford and Dover, DE.
