Bayhealth Maternal-Fetal Medicine Welcomes Ayodeji Sanusi, MD, MPH

Bayhealth is proud to welcome Ayodeji Sanusi, MD, MPH, to the Bayhealth Maternal-Fetal Medicine team. Board-certified in maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Sanusi cares for expecting mothers with complicated pregnancies and their babies. He is accepting new patients at the Bayhealth Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice locations in Dover and Milford.

The Bayhealth Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice, part of Bayhealth Medical Group, offers expert care from pre-conception through the birthing process. Dr. Sanusi treats chronic hypertension and diabetes in pregnancy and provides care for preterm birth prevention, cerclages, fetal anomalies, multiple gestations and other high risk pregnancy conditions.

Dr. Sanusi comes to Bayhealth from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he completed his maternal-fetal medicine fellowship, then served as an assistant professior in the program. He has a medical degree from University of Ibadan, Oyo State in Nigeria. He also has a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed residency training at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai program in New York.
