Neurologist Hira Khan, MD, Joins Bayhealth

Bayhealth is proud to welcome Hira Khan, MD, to the Bayhealth Neurology team. She joins Neurologists Abraham Scheer, MD; Ali Sheharyar, MD; and Usman Shehzad, MD; and Nurse Practitioners Matthew Fuchs, ANP-C; Megan Hoplock, NP-C; Lauren Huff, NP-C; and Tiffany Shivock, ACNPC-AG, in the practice. Dr. Khan specializes in diagnosing and treating migraines and headache disorders and is accepting new patients.

Dr. Khan completed a neurology residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has a medical degree from Riphah International University in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. She provides specialized care for those who get chronic migraines, episodic migraines, cluster headaches, tension headaches, medication overuse headaches and other complex headache disorders. Based on individualized patient needs, she performs treatments such as Botox® injections for chronic migraines, peripheral nerve blocks and trigger point injections.
