Bayhealth Team Members Tackle Blood Shortage

To help tackle the ongoing blood shortage in our area, Bayhealth teamed up with the Blood Bank of Delmarva to hold a blood drive at its Kent Campus earlier this week. More than 40 Bayhealth team members gave blood and approximately 20 percent of them were first-time donors. A total of 43 units of blood were collected—with each unit saving up to three lives.
